Great staff but needs updates

The staff at this hotel were genuinely fantastic—always attentive and eager to assist. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions.

The establishment felt outdated, and the dining options lacked variety, leading to repetitive meals that didn’t excite our palates. Some rooms had persistent bathroom issues, affecting comfort.

The suite was equipped with a large living area and well-stocked bathroom amenities including multiple toiletries and bathrobes.

The mini bar prices were excessively high. for instance, a four finger bar of KitKat was priced at 2.20€, while it cost only 90 cents at a nearby supermarket.

what a disappointment! the room I received was in desperate need of TLC, and don’t get me started about the freezing pools. I would have expected some sort of upgrade given my high expectations. seriously, I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t. stay away unless you want your holiday ruined!

We loved staying at this hotel, particularly enjoying the organized kids' activities like pool games and arts and crafts, which kept our grandkids entertained. The family room was lovely with a fantastic sea view, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation after our excursions around the beautiful island.

My kids wished the bathroom had a complete closing door.

Just a good pick for a holiday in Playa Blanca with extraordinarily good value for money. The coffee shop was a nice surprise, offering excellent cake of the day included with full board. Go for the less busy dining times to avoid crowds.

As an environmental scientist, I appreciated how clean and well-maintained the grounds were, highlighting a commitment to sustainability. The array of activities catered to various interests, from relaxing by the beautiful pool area to enjoying excellent dinner options. Sunshine and serenity made for a wonderful stay.

Food is fantastic, with a great variety and freshly cooked dishes daily! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, really going above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

The hotel's public areas are spacious, well-furnished, and maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for seniors to navigate the premises comfortably. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout that incorporated various seating areas for relaxation.

More accessible seating in entertainment areas would help.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the variety of outdoor activities, including table tennis and crazy golf, which kept everyone engaged. The pools were fun, especially the kids' pool, although the outdoor water was quite chilly. The dining experience was diverse, with a buffet that offered freshly baked pastries and a lovely outdoor patio. Though, it would have been nice to see more vegetarian-friendly options clearly labeled at the buffet.
